Role Overview
At the heart of the campaign is a bold visual identity system—combining vibrant neon green and electric blue tones to signal energy, innovation, and confidence. The square tile grid layout creates a modular storytelling format, adaptable across digital channels. I used visual hierarchy and iconographic reinforcement to draw attention to critical actions (e.g., “Matched,” “Smart Hiring,” “Webinar Alert”) and drive call-to-action engagement.
Typography choices are sharp, modern, and highly legible—projecting both tech-savviness and trust. Photography was intentionally diverse and human-centric to reinforce approachability, while the iconography—especially the upward arrow—symbolizes motion, momentum, and upward career movement. Design balance was achieved by playing between solid fields of color and minimalist elements to give each tile breathing room.

The Leaply App campaign was designed to communicate speed, clarity, and trust in a fast-paced hiring environment. As the visual communication strategist and designer, my role was to craft a consistent and energetic design system that resonated with both professionals and employers, while amplifying Leaply’s positioning as a cutting-edge, people-first hiring solution.
This campaign didn’t just showcase Leaply—it embodied it. It positioned the app as dynamic, professional, and user-focused, while maintaining visual cohesion across platforms. The campaign successfully demonstrated how brand design can drive clarity, recognition, and emotional connection in a competitive digital hiring landscape.
